Dracotail is a control deck that uses resources from your hand and spells/traps. It can play during your opponent's turn, search for Kaiju, play many handtraps, and disrupt fusion. It even has up to four fusion cards: one branded fusion (a ching chong version), one fusion when your opponent has a monster, one fusion on your opponent's turn, and one fusion on your opponent's turn that can also be used as a material.

Dracotail Gameplay Guide
CORE
I'll list the general points here, and then I won't say anything more below to keep the article concise and easy to read.
Fusion is a quick effect with the cost of discarding yourself (so you can't use yourself for fusion materials). But because it can be used from your hand, you can fuse during the enemy's turn to disrupt their combo, especially during choke points or when about to face a boss/negate.
It has the ability to fuse quick effects like the card above, but it must be on the field to fuse. However, because this card doesn't cost anything to activate its effect, it can be used as a fusion material. Having this card on the field is extremely annoying; every time you target it, it activates its effect and fuses, dodging the target.
Branded Fusion sponsors this program.
Urgula x2-3: Also has the spell/trap Dracotail effect like the others, but with the bonus of shooting spells/traps to poke the enemy's resources. Has the ability to super-recharge, pushing itself from the graveyard to the bottom of the deck, then picking up one Spellcaster Dracotail monster from the graveyard to your hand. Usually you'll pick up one of these monsters. Faimena to fuse during your opponent's turn.
Search for Dracotail from your deck to your hand, making sure to summon three copies to increase deck stability. If your opponent has a monster, you can fuse by using materials from your hand or deck to summon any Dragon or Spellcaster monster from your Extra Deck. This effect is especially useful on turn 2, after your opponent has negated. Branded Fusion and Rahu Dracotail
They all share the same effect of restoring inventory after use, each card has a different function: banish, negate, and push monsters away.
Chad can push cards from the graveyard or the field of both players; you can pick up anything, including handtraps, into your hand.
Staple
Dragon + Spellcaster is a good combination.
Branded Fusion : Sends two monsters from the Deck to the Graveyard for fusion, allowing you to rotate Dracotail by sending Phryxul.
