This card allows you to normal summon a Tuner from your hand by showing this card and another Tuner monster from your hand to your opponent, helping you summon an extra monster if you happen to get disrupted or adding more units to your combo.

It's exactly like Reco , but it searches for monsters, excluding Level 2 monsters, and shoots them instead of spells/traps.

When Special Summoned (pulled from the graveyard or banished, this card will also activate), it will search for 1 Kewl Tune monster/spell/trap from your deck to your hand, and also push your opponent's cards from the field to their hand.
Reco is required to Synchro summon this card; it might seem like a weakness, but thanks to this stat, you can search for Reco from your deck and add it to your hand (one-card combo).

Floodgay is achieved by increasing the level of all enemy monsters by 2 (Xyz and Synchro monsters are very vulnerable to this effect).
Show your opponent a Synchro monster from your Extra Deck, then you can search for a Synchro material listed on that card from your deck to add to your hand or play it directly on the field!
Floodgay allows enemies to use spells/traps only once per turn.
Tuner cards are even better; you can send Tuner cards from the graveyard to your hand or bring them straight to the field from your deck, so feel free to add them. Tuner cards can also be used as Synchro materials.
You can consider yourself a non-Tuner when Synchro Summoning (a loophole to level up in a deck full of Tuner cards).
