Dragon Link Game Guide

Dragon Link is a deck that takes Dragons and puts them in Link (you think I'm going to explain something magical)


Deck with strong support from Bystial and the return of the white dragon has helped Dragon Link return to the meta.

Decks now use less Rokket than before, not because Rokket is limited or anything, just because the new support and boss Borrelend Dragon have changed the way the endboard is played at the moment.

    White Dragon x1 (limited): newly released, jumps by banishing DARK monsters and when sent from the field to the grave, it will search Black Dragon from deck to hand


    Black Dragon x1: opposite of   White Dragon , jumps by banishing LIGHT monsters and when sent from the field to the grave, will search White Dragon from deck to hand

    Chaos Space x2 (semi-limited): search all monsters to hand by sending 1 LIGHT or DARK monster, this card can combo very well with Black Dragon and White Dragon   because there is a possibility to pick up LIGHT DARK that is banished and draw 1, if you are too bricked you can still spin   Black Dragon and White Dragon are easy because 1 copy is already in the deck, helping you search for copies   Black Dragon or White Dragon in hand after   Black Dragon or White Dragon leaves the field

        All "Rokket" monsters on the field gain 300 ATK/DEF. You can activate 1 of these effects; ● Special Summon up to 2 "Rokket" monsters with different names from your hand in Defense Position. ● If your opponent controls more monsters than you do: Special Summon "Rokket" monsters with different names from your GY in Defense Position, up to the difference. You can only use this effect of "Boot Sector Launch" once per turn.


        Quick Launch x2 (due to semi-limit): pulls Rokket monster from Deck to field without once per turn and effect is not negated !!!


        Rokket Tracer x2 : Tuner, shoot your card and jump Rokket monster straight from deck, effect is not negated, effect looks good but locked DARK so you can't rotate combo according to WIND monsters like Romulus or LIGHT like Heavenly Sphere Egg

        Rokket Recharger x1: pull 1 DARK body from the grave, pull whichever one you like but must have a card that fires trigger effects to use

        Boot Sector Launch x1: card always in hand for some reason, this card can be searched, extremely easy, turn 1 or 2 can pull monsters to create money to spin full combo

        Striker Dragon : search Boot Sector Launch as well as shoot cards to pick up goods, you pick up Rokket Recharger then Recharger will pull back DARK monsters from the grave, this is a combo card with field to pull out 2 bodies for Xyz (mercenary)

        Rokket Caliber x0-1: jumps and pulls monsters by itself, if you like it, play it, if not, don't

        Absorouter Dragon x1: super card, automatically jumps and searches when thrown into the grave (for example Dragon Ravine ), although the effect is strong, it is hard once per turn and easy to brick when held, so bring x1

        Dillingerous Dragon x1: good combo extension when going with Striker Dragon and Recharger , Striker shoots this card, Recharger pulls back Tracer , this one jumps up from the grave, so it's boss and still has body left (see combo section for details)

        Triple Burst Dragon x1: he's great but not useful in many situations, but his down arrow can be played with Pisty to get Borrelend Dragon

        Borrelend Dragon x1: cannot be destroyed, cannot be targeted by monsters, can negate, can pull back body to combo or continue playing next turn, opp cannot interfere with effects, can punch all enemy monsters with 3500 ATK

        Borreload Savage Dragon x1: easy to load, big body, has omni-negate
