Utopia Deck Breakdown

LIGHT

2 Level 4 monsters If this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 "Number" Xyz Monster in your GY, except "Number 39: Utopia Rising"; Special Summon it in Defense Position, then you can detach all materials from this card and attach them to that monster. If you Xyz Summon (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon this card from your GY, but banish it when it leaves the field. You can only use each effect of "Number 39: Utopia Rising" once per turn.

WIND

2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card, then target 1 Spell/Trap on the field; destroy it.

LIGHT 4

If you control no cards, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). A "Utopia" Xyz Monster that was Summoned using this card on the field as material gains this effect. ● If this card is Xyz Summoned: You can add 1 "Rank-Up-Magic" Normal Spell from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "ZS - Ascended Sage" once per turn.

Spell Normal

Target 1 Rank 9 or lower "Utopia" Xyz Monster you control; Special Summon 1 Rank 10 or higher "Utopia" or "Utopic" Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck, by using that Xyz Monster you control as material. (This is treated as an Xyz Summon. Transfer its materials to the Summoned monster.) If an Xyz Monster(s) is Special Summoned by the effect of a Rank 10 or higher "Utopia" or "Utopic" Xyz Monster, while this card is in your GY (except during the Damage Step): You can target 1 of those Special Summoned monsters; attach this card to it as material. You can only use each effect of "Hyper Rank-Up-Magic Utopiforce" once per turn.

When an opponent's monster declares an attack: You can detach 1 material from this card; change the attack target to this card and perform damage calculation. If a face-up Xyz Monster(s) you control is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can target 1 face-up Xyz Monster you control; it gains ATK equal to 1 of those destroyed monster's original ATK.

2 Xyz Monsters with the same Rank, except "Number" monsters (This card's original Rank is always treated as 1.) Cannot be destroyed by battle, and neither player takes any battle damage from attacks involving this card. At the end of the Damage Step, if this card battled an opponent's monster: You can take control of that opponent's monster until the end of the Battle Phase. If this face-up card on the field would be destroyed by a card effect, you can detach 1 material from this card instead.

EARTH 4

During your Main Phase: You can Special Summon 1 "Zubaba" or "Gagaga" monster from your hand. If you control a "Gogogo" or "Dododo" monster except "Dodododwarf Gogogoglove", while this card is in your GY: You can Special Summon this card, but banish it when it leaves the field. You can only use each effect of "Dodododwarf Gogogoglove" once per turn.

Trap Normal

Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; negate its effects (until the end of this turn), then, if this card was Set before activation and is on the field at resolution, for the rest of this turn all other Spell/Trap effects in this column are negated. If you control no cards, you can activate this card from your hand.

You can Set this card from your hand to your Spell & Trap Zone as a Spell. During your opponent's turn, if this Set card in the Spell & Trap Zone is destroyed and sent to your GY: Special Summon it. During your opponent's turn (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card from your hand or face-up field; neither player can banish cards for the rest of this turn.

3 Xyz Monsters with the same Rank, except "Number" monsters (This card's original Rank is always treated as 1. This card is always treated as a "Utopic Future" card.) You can also Xyz Summon this card by using "Number F0: Utopic Future" you control as material. (Transfer its materials to this card.) Cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. Once per turn, when your opponent activates a monster effect (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card; negate the activation, then, if that monster is on the field, gain control of it.

3+ Level 12 monsters (Quick Effect): You can detach 2 materials from this card; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "Number" monster that has a number between "1" and "100" in its name. (This is treated as an Xyz Summon.) The turn you activate this effect, other monsters you control cannot attack directly, also you cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck, except Xyz Monsters. When an opponent's monster declares an attack: You can change the ATK of the opponent's monster to 0. You can only use each effect of "Number 99: Utopia Dragonar" once per turn.

EARTH 4

During either player's turn, when your opponent activates a Spell Card that includes an effect that Special Summons a monster(s): You can Special Summon this card from your hand. If Summoned this way, while this card is face-up on the field, any card sent to the Graveyard is banished instead. If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: You can add 1 EARTH Insect-Type monster with 1500 or less ATK from your Deck to your hand, except "Retaliating "C"".

LIGHT

2 Level 8 monsters If this card has a "Photon" card as material, it cannot be destroyed by card effects. You can only use each of the following effects of "Number 90: Galaxy-Eyes Photon Lord" once per turn. ● When an opponent's monster activates its effect (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card; negate that monster's effect, and if the detached material was a "Galaxy" card, destroy that card. ● During your opponent's turn (Quick Effect): You can take 1 "Photon" or "Galaxy" card from your Deck, and either add it to your hand or attach it to this card as material.

WIND 1

If a card(s) is added from the Main Deck to your opponent's hand, except during the Draw Phase (Quick Effect): You can send this card from your hand to the GY; for the rest of this turn, cards cannot be added from either player's Main Deck to the hand.

During either player's turn: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; this turn, each time your opponent Special Summons a monster(s), immediately draw 1 card. You can only use 1 "Maxx "C"" per turn.

DARK

3 Level 9 monsters This card cannot be destroyed by battle, also your opponent takes any battle damage you would have taken from battles involving this card. During your opponent's End Phase: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; banish all cards your opponent currently controls that were Normal or Special Summoned, or were Set, this turn. If this card is destroyed while it has Xyz Material: You can Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. When you do: It gains 1000 ATK for every card currently banished.

Spell Continuous

When this card is activated: You can add 1 "Onomat" card from your Deck to your hand, except "Onomatopickup". You can target 1 "Zubaba", "Gagaga", "Gogogo", or "Dododo" monster you control; all monsters you currently control become that monster's Level until the end of this turn (even if this card leaves the field). You can only use this effect of "Onomatopickup" once per turn. You can only activate 1 "Onomatopickup" per turn.

Trap Counter

When your opponent activates a Trap Card: Negate the activation, and if you do, Set that card face-down, then they can Set 1 other Trap directly from their Deck. For the rest of this turn after this card resolves, your opponent cannot activate Trap Cards. You can activate this card from your hand by paying half your LP.

EARTH 4

While this card is in your Graveyard, if you Special Summon a "Gogogo" monster(s) (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard in face-up Defense Position. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect. You can only use the effect of "Gogogo Gigas" once per turn.

Trap Normal

At the end of the Battle Phase, if your opponent controls more cards than you do: You can make your opponent banish cards from their field face-down so they control the same number of cards as you do. If you control no cards, you can activate this card from your hand.

FIRE 3

When a card or effect is activated that includes any of these effects (Quick Effect): You can discard this card; negate that effect. ● Add a card from the Deck to the hand. ● Special Summon from the Deck. ● Send a card from the Deck to the GY. You can only use this effect of "Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring" once per turn.

Spell Quick

Target 1 monster in your opponent's GY; banish it, and if you do, until the end of the next turn, its effects are negated, as well as the activated effects and effects on the field of monsters with the same original name.

Spell Continuous

When a "Utopia" monster is Xyz Summoned to your field: You can pay 500 LP; draw 1 card. You can only control 1 "Xyz Change Tactics".

Add 1 "Goblin" monster from your Deck to your hand, then you can apply the following effect. ● Detach 1 Xyz Material from a monster on either field, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Goblin" monster from your hand. You can banish this card from your GY; detach 1 Xyz Material from a monster on either field, then you can add 1 "Goblin" monster from your GY to your hand. This Attack Position card cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects. Your opponent cannot target this Attack Position card with card effects. While this card is in face-up Defense Position, change all face-up monsters on the field to Defense Position, also negate the activated effects of monsters that were in Defense Position when that effect was activated.

WIND 4

If you control no cards (Quick Effect): You can discard this card; apply these effects this turn. ● Each time your opponent Special Summons a monster(s) from the Deck and/or Extra Deck, immediately draw 1 card. ● Once, during this End Phase, if the number of cards in your hand is more than the number of cards your opponent controls +6, you must randomly shuffle cards from your hand into the Deck so the number in your hand equals the number your opponent controls +6. You can only activate 1 other "Mulcharmy" monster effect, the turn you activate this effect.

DARK

2 Level 4 monsters You can detach 1 material from this card, then target 1 Xyz Monster in your GY, except "Gagagaga Magician"; Special Summon it, but negate its effects. You can only use this effect of "Gagagaga Magician" once per turn. A "Utopic Future" Xyz Monster that has this card as material gains this effect. ● During your Main Phase: You can detach 2 materials from this card, then target 1 Xyz Monster you control; until the end of this turn, change its ATK to 4000, also negate its effects.

2 Level 4 monsters You can detach 2 materials from this card; Special Summon 1 "ZW -" or "ZS -" monster from your Deck, also for the rest of this turn, you can only attack with "Number" monsters, and you cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck, except Xyz Monsters. You can only use this effect of "ZS - Utopic Sage" once per turn. If a "Utopia" or "Utopic" Xyz Monster(s) you control whose original Attribute is LIGHT would be destroyed by battle or card effect, except "ZS - Utopic Sage", you can banish this card from your field or GY instead.

3 Level 4 LIGHT monsters You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Number 39: Utopia" you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) If your opponent's LP is at least 3000 higher than yours: You can detach 3 Xyz Materials from this card and pay LP so that you only have 10 left; destroy as many Special Summoned monsters your opponent controls as possible, and if you do, banish them, then inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each monster banished.

2 Level 4 monsters When a monster declares an attack: You can detach 1 material from this card; negate the attack. If this card is targeted for an attack, while it has no material: Destroy this card.

LIGHT 11

During the Main Phase, if your opponent Normal or Special Summoned 5 or more monsters this turn (Quick Effect): You can Tribute as many face-up monsters on the field as possible, and if you do, Special Summon this card from your hand, then Special Summon 1 "Primal Being Token" (Rock/LIGHT/Level 11/ATK ?/DEF ?) to your opponent's field. (This Token's ATK/DEF become the combined original ATK/DEF of the Tributed monsters.) You can only use this effect of "Nibiru, the Primal Being" once per turn.

If you control a "Zubaba" or "Gagaga" monster except "Zubababancho Gagagacoat", while this card is in your hand: You can Special Summon this card. You can target 1 "Gogogo" or "Dododo" monster in your GY; Special Summon it, also you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn, except Xyz Monsters. You can only use each effect of "Zubababancho Gagagacoat" once per turn.
